In this role, you will focus on outbound calling to connect with provided leads, introduce our products / services, and qualify prospects for our sales team. Your goal is to build relationships, generate interest, and set appointments to support our business growth.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to provided leads to qualify potential clients.

Introduce products / services and identify customer needs.

Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

Record call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM data.

Requirements

Is this commission only?

  • No We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.
  • Will I have to purchase my own leads?

  • No! We have no shortage of leads that are provided for our salespeople.
  • Should I apply if I dont currently have an insurance license?

  • Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active P&C and L&H license for this position. You need to able to obtain within a specified timeframe.
