Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will identify, pursue, and finalize high-value business opportunities that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

As a deal closer, you will be critical in ensuring successful contract negotiations, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded professional to join a fast-growing company in a competitive industry. Experience in the multi-family industry is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the multi-family industry is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interest in staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Sales Expertise : Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build relationships, and finalize contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated : Highly driven, independent, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
  • Goal-oriented : A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
