Job description

Technical Source is a growing technical staffing and consulting firm looking for sales focused account managers to join our team. As an Account Manager with Technical Source you will be directly responsible for driving new customer acquisition and facilitating account saturation. Technical Source offers the opportunity to work with a small, fast-growing staffing firm that allows you to build your own business within a large territory.

As an Account Manager with Technical Source you will be responsible for :

  • Driving new customer acquisition through cold / warm calling and attending in person and / or virtual meetings.
  • Building client partnerships and become an extension of their staffing teams by learning what drives our client’s business and hiring needs.
  • Understanding customer requirements and displaying a commitment to ensuring the mutually beneficial job fit for end clients and candidates.
  • Training and developing a team of recruiters to help deliver to your customers.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years’ experience in a business development, account management or related role that required significant time spent on the activities that lead to new account acquisition and an ability to express how you accomplished this and the results from your efforts.
  • Desire to work in a sales driven organization based on work ethic and production
  • Previous experience in Staffing Sales highly preferred
