About the job Business Development Manager Job Summary : Tech Talent Express IT Consulting, a trailblazing start-up in IT consulting and talent acquisition, is looking for driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Manager. This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role with high earning potential. You will focus on client acquisition through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, helping us grow our client base while developing strategic relationships across the IT industry.Responsibilities : Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and job boards.Develop and execute business strategies to generate new client contracts for Tech Talent Express.Research and target companies that are hiring, positioning Tech Talent Express as their staffing partner of choice.Conduct email marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.Build and manage a pipeline of leads, maintaining consistent follow-ups and engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are aligned with their goals.Develop long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the hiring process.Skills and Competencies : Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients.Proven ability to conduct cold calls and lead email campaigns.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client engagements.Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for driving results and achieving business goals.Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, job boards, and internet research for lead generation.Experience in business development, sales, or recruiting is preferred but not required.Benefits : Fully remote role with flexibility to set your own schedule.o Unlimited earning potential with a 100% commission-based structure.Opportunity to play a key role in growing a start-up in the IT consulting industry.Education or Prior Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field preferred.Relevant experience in sales, business development, or recruiting is advantageous.Reports toCEOClassification1099 100% Commission Base Contractor Location : Fully remote, with a preference for Tampa, Florida candidates, but open to out-of-state applicants.
