About You

Kayana is looking for motivated salespeople,who thrive on closing deals and building relationships. With our competitive commission structure, there are no limits to what you can achieve. If you're young, eager and want to establish a sales career, please apply!

If you have existing B2B contacts in the hospitality and retail sectors, this would be advantageous, allowing you to leverage your existing contact base to sell Kayana solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities and target new business opportunities quickly.
  • Develop business strategies, meet goals and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and development teams to put customer feedback into action throughout the customer experience.
  • Writing reports for the management giving feedback on current strategy and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to create business growth by implementing innovative strategies to attract new clients.

Ideal Candidate

  • Analytics skills and strategic thinking to understand current market trends, competitors and customer needs to find new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and be self motivated.
  • Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience as a business development manager in a fast paced organisation.
  • A degree in marketing, business management or business development would be advantageous.
  • Work Location : Monday-Friday
