Digonex is seeking a client-focused Business Development Representative with experience in the Attractions and Live Entertainment sectors. This position requires a consultative and strategic approach to business development. This position is responsible for driving sales growth by selling our industry leading pricing solutions to the Attractions and Live Entertainment sectors. They must identify potential clients, build relationships, present product offerings, and secure contracts.

Our technology is the result of almost two decades of research and development in pricing science. Our team of PhD economists utilizes dozens of variables to develop an automated and customized pricing solution for each client to accelerate revenue growth and achieve other critical strategic objectives. We are known for the effectiveness of our solutions, our “high touch” service model and our dedication to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential clients within defined markets through attendance at industry-related conferences, thoughtful outbound outreach, and networking.
- Product Presentation & Demos : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking the progress of opportunities through various stages (from prospect to close).
- Negotiation & Securing Contracts : Negotiate contracts and pricing, handle objections, and securing contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving renewals / up-sell opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Analysis : Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products to effectively position our product solution.
- Collaboration with Team : Work closely with the Economist, Data Integration, Software Developer and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and client support.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics.
