Director, Business Development
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Business Development to lead our North American inside sales team and drive significant growth for the organization. Reporting directly to the SVP, Head of North American Sales, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to maximize the performance of a rapidly growing and impactful team of inside sales professionals. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a best-in-class team, collaborate with executive leadership, and implement innovative sales technologies to take our inside sales program to the next level.

Leadership & Strategy :
- Design and execute the overall strategy for the inside sales team, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of inside sales professionals, with potential to oversee managers as the team scales.
- Set KPIs, quotas, and performance benchmarks, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Design incentive plans and strategies that will drive results across multiple business segments.

Qualifications :
The hiring base salary range for this position is $122,500 - $168,400 CAD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
