Job Description : As a Business Development Specialist at Tobias Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.   • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback to optimize business development strategies and tactics.
  • Represent Tobias Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the staffing or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
