Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Development to lead our business growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the recruitment industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and developing and executing business strategies that align with our agency's goals.

Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
