Job descriptionBS or AS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related discipline preferred technical degrees with strong knowledge of vacuum technology will also be considered Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in sales, preferably within the CVD diamond, advanced materials, or semiconductor sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and business acumen skills Proven track record of successfully growing client portfolios with a tenacity to achieve sales targets Ability to establish credibility and build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels Existing network within the CVD diamond or semiconductor sectors that could immediately be leveraged to drive business Market competitive salary Benefit eligibility and vesting that start on your 1st day with us! YOUR TASKS :
- Identify and track market trends relevant to SP3 :
- Conduct comprehensive research on the CVD diamond industry to identify trends, challenges, and gaps
- Analyze emerging trends to inform strategic business initiatives
- Create market forecasts and business strategies :
- Develop and implement market forecasts, business strategies, and action plans to drive company growth in CVD diamond coatings and related applications
- Collaborate with internal teams for long-term business and technology planning
- Identify and create partnerships :
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the CVD thin film diamond market
- Leverage industry networks, market intelligence and recruitment partnership to generate new business leads
- Manage and support partnership discussions and assist in potential contract negotiations
- Revenue growth :
- Collaborate with long-term business planning
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding defined sales targets- actively drive sales of key customers
- Focus on expanding client portfolios and increasing market share in key sectors such as semiconductors and advanced coatings
- Collaborate with R&D on long-term technology planning
