8+years of finance and business partnering experience
Prior experience supporting a software product organization preferred
Capability to work at multiple levels, including high-level strategy and day-to-day details
Demonstrated capability to influence decision making at all levels
Effective & concise communicator
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

You build trust with your team and the team you support, encouraging diverse perspectives. You know when to have hard conversations – without ego, to drive better outcomes. You have a passion to find more efficient ways of working and driving change in the teams you partner with
You know how to influence and get decisions made. You are skilled at determining the right level of information needed to make a decision, and you know how to navigate through the company’s systems and network of people to get the data and information you need.
