Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or operations preferred. Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and visualization. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is preferred. Understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data governance best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and apply new analytical techniques. Summary of the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and data-driven Business Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with large datasets, develop analytical solutions, and collaborate across departments to enhance business performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in automating data collection, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain operational and financial dashboards, reports, and KPI analyses.
- Perform variance analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
- Research and resolve ad hoc reporting requests and conduct special projects as needed.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Support data governance efforts by ensuring data consistency, compliance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and business metrics.
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present insights effectively.
