Location : Chandler, AZ (hybrid)

Duration : 3-4 month contract to hire

Experience Requirements :

Level 2 / 3 : 3-7 years of experience
Level 4 : 7+ years of experience
Strong background in data structures, project management, and stakeholder coordination
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Experience translating KPIs into actionable insights
Experience with SQL and Tableau (required)
Snowflake (preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to write SQL queries from scratch (no data transformation required)
Interest in growing into a leadership role within the data and analytics space
Candidates with a Tableau portfolio are highly preferred to showcase past work
Seeking strong, well-qualified candidates who align closely with the required skill set

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop reports and dashboards

Manage multiple open requests

Take initiative in scheduling stakeholder discussions, demonstrating strong communication and assertiveness

Provide business intelligence insights by effectively communicating data findings to diverse stakeholders

Assist in data prioritization efforts to optimize reporting and analytics initiatives
