This position involves leading advanced business analysis using various sophisticated techniques. The BI Developer will research best practices and spearhead the development of innovative solution recommendations for current business operations. They will collaborate with internal and external customers to identify complex analytical requirements, transforming data into critical information and knowledge for strategic business decisions. Ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, congruence, and reliability is essential, so data is readily available for direct consumption or integration with other systems. The role also includes conducting in-depth analyses of functional business processes and requirements and driving the development of business cases to support process enhancements.Responsibilities -Support production underwriting, claims, and other departments.Run month-end reports and manage regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports.Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, congruence, and reliability.Convert complex data sets into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Conduct thorough analyses of functional business processes and requirements.Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify advanced analytical needs.Drive the development of business cases to support significant process changes.Document processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.Responsible for accurate and quick judgment to identify and implement strategies to address business needs by applying or connecting technical expertise with business knowledge and insightful
