Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Full Time Columbus, Ohio AndHealth is a healthcare technology company created to radically improve access and outcomes to specialty care. We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team, supporting AndHealth’s Partnerships Team and Community Health Centers . This role will focus on providing data-driven insights and transparency into our business, ensuring our team and our partners have the information they need to assess performance, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement. The BI Analyst will work cross-functionally to “find the story in the data,” while developing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of our business and its data, using this expertise to maintain and enhance reports and dashboards to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our business. Working with external data sources to create financial models that will help shape the decision making processes for internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Partnerships Team, community health centers, and internal stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms, fostering trust with internal and external stakeholders. Analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize program impact. Regular and ad hoc presentations of data performance to internal and external executive teams. Leverage BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to create interactive visualizations and dashboards. Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, business decisions, and operational improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. Exceptional communication skills; able to translate very complex technical topics into clear, actionable steps for senior leaders, partners, and other non-technical stakeholders 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience working with healthcare data, community health metrics, or value-based care models is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Powered by JazzHR
