A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Business Intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and develop a team of BI engineers while fostering a collaborative environmentDevelop and implement the BI strategy to align with business objectives and enhance data analysis capabilitiesOversee the delivery of BI projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred6+ years of experience in BI engineering or related roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position4+ years of experience in large data warehousing environments7+ years of experience with data warehouse architectures, data modeling, ETL / ELT processes, and SQL codingStrong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
