A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the migration to a new live chat and secure messaging platform.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and prioritize business requirements for the new platformDevelop user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and technical teamsEnsure business value and client satisfaction goals are met through effective stakeholder engagementRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in a business analyst role1+ years of experience with agile processes, such as scrum or KanbanExperience with contact center applications and business practicesStrong product management and leadership skills
