Who will you be working with?

We combine deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver unparalleled products for our customers. Here you’ll interact daily with team members during the problem resolution process and will partner with other key stakeholders to support our internal customers and their responsibilities.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Global Operations Equipment group, the Light Fab Business Leader provides frontline leadership for a production team. The Business Leader will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. He / she will drive critical KPIs in safety, quality, and delivery for a large and diverse section of our Locomotive facility. In this role you will integrate and develop manufacturing processes that meet business needs, manage complex and personnel issues, be involved in short and long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility
