Job Title
The job duties include:
Providing administrative support in areas pertaining to management and control of improving cost, scheduling, quality, safety, security, and training.
Conducting a variety of studies related to all the substantive programs, processes, and functions of the division.
Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing guidance and support Process Quality Training (PQT), Branch Heads, and Division Heads based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation, and technical evaluations.
Performing precise data collection, identifying weaknesses in division/department processes, and providing accurate data for managers to formulate/recommend meaningful solutions.
Identifying potential bottlenecks to minimize unwanted, detrimental, or negative effects on the division and division personnel.
