Job Title : Assistant Business Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Business Manager will support the Business Manager with all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day store operations to ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales associates, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure inventory is properly stocked, organized, and maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle any issues that arise in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
