What does a Business Development Manager (BDM) do? In this role you will :
o Networking events
o Cold calling and turning cold calls into warm calls
o Build relationships with potential existing clients and candidates
o Proactive search for client companies with staffing service needs
o Provide value to our clients with each interaction o Utilization of job boards
o Utilization of BI tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn
A successful BDM will :
65-70k base + uncapped commission
