We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Business Manager to join our Alternative Delivery Operations team. Under the direction of the Director of Alternative Delivery Operations this position will be primarily responsible for overseeing the construction administrative staff which support various Joint Venture construction project teams. Administrative tasks which this role will oversee include but is not limited to : Contract / Subcontract Administration, Labor Compliance, Subcontract Compliance, Time & Material Billing, Equipment Tracking, and General Office Management. This role will provide hands-on support for each administrative function until each role on the team is filled.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the duties of the Labor Compliance Administrator(s) including but not limited to
Act as liaison to resolve compliance issues with project owners and / or Subcontractors and vendors as necessary.
Coordination of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, professional service agreements and change order execution.
Working with subcontractors to facilitate compliance and subcontractor pay application processing.
Reconciliation of Home Depot billings.

Annual Salary Range : $70,000 - $100,000.
