Job descriptionAssess and respond to suspected phishing emails. Conduct regular security control testing on laptops and desktops. Collaborate with the IT Service Desk and end-user community for troubleshooting and support. Coordinate daily lunch menus and liaise with café vendors. Plan and organize recurring events such as review meetings, employee training sessions, cybersecurity awareness sessions, and social events (in partnership with the Culture Committee). Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and implement a system for tracking contract expirations and renewals to keep stakeholders informed. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in a business operations role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset . Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills . Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement :
- Manage vendor service delivery by executing daily purchase orders and processing invoices promptly.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, maintain and track vendor contracts, and assist with quote evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Arrange international shipments in compliance with customs regulations.

Additionally, you may take on special projects based on business needs, such as data mining and report generation to enhance workflow efficiency.
