The work we do building families offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward.
We have an immediate opening for an Operations Manager to join our team in Margate, Florida. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00 PM, and must have the ability to travel between all IVF Florida locations as business needs require.
How You'll Contribute :
We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Operations Manager is responsible for :
- Assists in the development of an annual budget and is responsible for achieving budgeted levels for revenue and
profitability
and ensuring concierge level service
appropriate and up-to-date information on market environment to enable effective responses to threats or
opportunities
information systems, billing and collection support and so forth, to support current operations and planned growth

departments to ensure the delivery of the highest quality services, to maximize profits, and to minimize turnover
with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
