Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – NA, the TA Business Partner will be a strategic advisor to the business and partner in developing and utilizing the latest approaches to identifying, attracting and onboarding our future talent.
This position will have shared responsibility for the full life cycle of recruiting across the country and at multiple organizational levels, along with managing the operations that enable us to more effectively attract and recruit talent to meet the future needs of the business.
This position will interact closely with hiring managers inclusive of executives, internal and external candidates, and when needed, external recruiters.
This role will also partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure our technology and other talent acquisition administration enables a streamlined process.
Please Note - this role is an Onsite role. In addition, due to the challenging nature of the Talent Acquisition candidate marketplace, sadly, we are only considering candidates with an experience level of between 3-5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute local and national recruiting projects, leveraging traditional sourcing strategies and resources while continuously developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
- Act as a true business partner by developing and growing relationships between hiring managers, executives, and outside resources.
- Lead, develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for each role to ensure ofi attracts the best talent.
- Assist with campus recruiting campaigns, including conducting research and establishing relationships with colleges and universities.
- Oversee and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process through the use of technology.
- Lead with strong project and change management expertise, engaging cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of technology enabled process execution.
- Establish change management plans to facilitate faster adoption to changes in process, policies, and practices.
- Design and enhance process to create a positive overall candidate experience that attracts and converts more qualified candidates.
- Assist with Social Media recruitment and talent marketing plan development and execution.
- Assist with the deployment of ofi’s employee value proposition through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
