Vaco Phoenix is looking for an HR Business Partner for a top client in Phoenix AZ! The HR Business Partner plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs / talent initiatives forward and ensuring initiatives align with the companies’ mission, vision, and values. This is an in-office role located near the airport, and hiring immediately!

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with leaders to address needs and provide HR solutions.

Implement and enforce HR policies in line with company values and legal standards.

Drive employee engagement and development through initiatives like surveys, recognition, and learning opportunities.

Resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Support performance management through goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and coaching.

Assist with talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal regulations to ensure compliance. Job Requirements :

Proficient in HR software, such as ADP Workforce Now.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

Familiarity with multi-site and multi-state operations; willingness to travel up to 15%.

Fluent in Spanish
