Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years of professional-level human resources experience.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate clear strategies and processes to a wide variety of audiences on a high level.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with disciplined organization.
Superior interpersonal and organizational skills and computer proficiency in MS Office required.
