  • Review significant deliverables, quality trends, audit results, inspection outcomes, and corrective action status to assess program health and readiness.
  • Advise leadership on quality risks, recurring deficiencies, and recommended corrective or preventive actions.
  • Lead or support inspections, audits, assessments, and corrective action activities to monitor subcontractor work quality and compliance.
  • Ensure quality documentation, records, and reporting are maintained in accordance with contractual, customer, and internal requirements.
  • Support integration of quality requirements into program execution, planning, subcontractor oversight, and deliverable development.
  • Establish and monitor quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
  • Mentor junior quality staff and promote consistency, discipline, and best practices across the program.
  • Support customer engagements related to quality performance, compliance posture, and process maturity.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience; Associate's degree and 14 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and 16 years of directly related experience.
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance, process analysis, compliance, program quality oversight, or related leadership roles in a federal or highly regulated environment.
  • Experience advising leadership on quality, compliance, risk, and process improvement matters.
  • Experience leading audits, corrective action programs, or enterprise/program-level quality initiatives.
  • Experience overseeing quality performance across complex teams, functions, or subcontractors.
  • OSHA safety training/certification appropriate to field and construction support activities, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Ability to work safely in field environments, including remote and austere locations.
  • Ability to support work in Arctic conditions and extreme weather environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to and work at remote sites, including camp-based living arrangements with limited amenities, as required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
