As a Customs Brokerage Process Improvement Analyst , you’ll play a key role in optimizing workflows, implementing automated solutions in CargoWise, and driving business improvements. This role requires strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of customs brokerage and freight forwarding processes.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and oversee freight forwarding and customs brokerage process improvement initiatives.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Generate and analyze reports to enhance decision-making.
- Test and deploy automated solutions in CargoWise.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning for process improvement projects.
