Job Description :

Business Analyst with RPA experience, which is MUST.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Architect to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of workflow automation for our Service and Software Contract Management processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and translate these into actionable requirements for IT teams. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of an optimized, automated workflow system.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Business Analysis Expertise :

Strong experience in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and identifying inefficiencies in operations

2. Technical Knowledge :

Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., JiPath, Blue Prism) and process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN)

Understanding of system integration concepts, APis, databases, and enterprise software like ERP / CRM systems

3. Documentation Proficiency :

Skilled in creating detailed documentation such as PDDs, SDDs, user stories, or use case diagrams

4. Communication Skills :

Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams (developers) and non-technical stakeholders

Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking :

Strong analytical skills to identify automation opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

Project Management Knowledge :

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum / Kanban) and tools like JIRA.

Key Tools :

Process Mapping : Visio, igrafix

Documentation : Confluence, JIRA, etc.

RPA Platforms : UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
