Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join the Global Partner Strategy & Operations team, supporting Relativity's global Partnerships organization. As a Senior Specialist, Partnerships Business Process, you will play a critical role in optimizing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for building our Business Process best practices. This role is integral to the success of our partnership organization, ensuring that our collaboration initiatives align with our organizational goals and deliver exceptional value.
Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to Partnership leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to drive business impact.
- Continuously assess and improve partnership processes and frameworks to ensure best practices are followed.
- Build out robust documentation, communications and overall internal knowledge sharing practices to support scalability.
- Manage large scale cross-functional projects that support Partnership team strategic priorities.
- Drive delivery of complex and high-profile process / technology optimization projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will independently develop and manage project plans, conduct reviews, remove impediments, and manage change.
- Assess systems, tools, and processes to develop and prioritize technology and workflow roadmap enhancements and automation.
- Own relationship with key business units (RevOps, IT, Legal, Business Intelligence, Procurement, etc.) and help prioritize cross-functional projects.
Qualifications

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values :
78,000 and $118,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
