As a Business Process Management Lead, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of our (logistics) processes and their integration into our SAP landscape. Additionally, you will drive the continuous development of standard solutions in coordination with our international locations and oversee the integration of processes for new customer implementations. Support the implementation of solutions for industry leaders in the TECH sector.
YOUR TASKS Conduct process and requirements analysis as well as the conception, documentation, and modeling of EWM business processes Validate EWM processes in collaboration with stakeholders such as Operations, Key Users, Logistics Engineering, and Solution Design Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end system and integration tests for SAP EWM implementations Collaborate with SAP Key Users to create EWM test scenarios, conduct tests, document results, and support the quality management process as well as system and process optimization Drive the continuous development of our standard solution portfolio at the process level and take project leadership in implementing and rolling out new processes Lead (international) process workshops to develop customer-oriented solutions, involving experts from various areas and initiating the implementation of requirements related to SAP, the overall IT landscape, and direct customer interaction Train additional process managers, Key Users, and trainees on EWM processes Support existing EWM customers in initiating and implementing process changes within a defined change management framework Further develop the EWM product based on stakeholder feedback Serve as a valuable team member in our project teams and SAP agile teams, acting as a process and SAP application expert in international projects
YOUR PROFILE Completed (at least) a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a strong IT focus or (Business) Informatics Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, for national and international work High IT affinity, preferably through prior training or previous job experience Several years of experience in process management (e.g., process workshops, process modeling, process analysis) for forward and reverse logistics, customer service, and after-sales within the TECH industry Expert knowledge in using SAP S4 / HANA for the above-mentioned logistics areas Preferably some initial experience with SAP EWM Several years of experience in handling and managing customer requirements (e.g., in account-related tasks) Extensive experience in leading expert teams (Key Users / Process Managers) In-depth and certified project management knowledge (e.g., through PRINCE2 or IPMA) as well as hands-on experience as a project leader for new customer implementations Proficiency in JIRA and process modeling with Signavio Strong MS Office skills Initial experience as a Product Owner and / or working in an agile environment is desirable Willingness to work on international projects, including occasional business travel Strong analytical and conceptual skills, problem-solving competence, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
