Irving, TX

A Java Business Process Model (jBPM) Developer in Irving, TX, is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using the jBPM framework. jBPM is an open-source workflow engine written in Java that executes business processes described in BPMN 2.0.

Key Responsibilities :

Process Design and Implementation : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design and implement business processes using jBPM.

Integration : Integrate jBPM workflows with existing enterprise applications and services.

Customization : Develop custom nodes, event listeners, and handlers to extend jBPM functionalities as per business requirements.

Testing and Debugging : Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and performance of business processes.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of process designs, configurations, and user guides.

Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed processes, including troubleshooting and optimization.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Expertise :

Proficiency in Java programming.

Hands-on experience with jBPM and BPMN 2.0.

Familiarity with related technologies such as Drools for business rules management.

Experience with Java frameworks and tools like Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
