Job Description
Job Description
At Authorium, we're revolutionizing government business processes by bridging the gap between complex government needs and modern technology solutions. We understand the profound impact government has on people's lives, and we won't rest until every government has access to the cutting-edge technologies the private sector takes for granted. Authorium, you'll play a pivotal role in our Service Delivery team, collaborating closely with Solution Engineers (SEs) and Project Managers (PMs) to ensure efficient and effective customer onboarding. Your primary focus will be developing deep relationships with government clients, meticulously documenting their processes, understanding their current state, identifying product gaps, and clearly articulating the vision of success in the project charter. This role is crucial in translating complex government processes into streamlined, modern solutions that empower governments to access cutting-edge technologies.

Who You Are
At Authorium, we’re well aware of the impact the government can have on people’s lives. We won’t rest until every government has access to the modern technologies the private sector takes for granted. The barrier here is legacy procurement processes that can be byzantine in complexity. Authorium makes products to modernize legacy procurement processes and as well as to pioneer greater agility in procurement using something we call a Challenge-Based Approach.
We are looking for a BPC to help understand customer needs and present solutions accordingly as we grow Authorium to the next level.
This role will include up to 25% travel for on-site customer work.
Employees located within 30 miles of our hub cities—San Francisco, Sacramento, and (coming soon) Washington, D.C. —are required to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday. Remote work is available on other days.
We are looking for someone who is extremely ambitious, curious, and hungry to make a big impact in the lives of our customers (the government officials responsible for changing residents' lives through innovation in procurement). You are someone who possesses both a high level of customer empathy and technical mindset. You are resourceful and aren't afraid to push yourself outside of your comfort zone in order to solve a problem. In this position, you’ll be an integral part of the Service Delivery team, helping deliver big customer wins and providing a voice for improvement of our offerings. No job is beneath you, and you know that speed of execution and innovation are key to winning.
