Job Description

Job Description

At Authorium, we're revolutionizing government business processes by bridging the gap between complex government needs and modern technology solutions. We understand the profound impact government has on people's lives, and we won't rest until every government has access to the cutting-edge technologies the private sector takes for granted. Our mission is to modernize legacy business processes—including procurement, legislative analysis, budget changes, and more—and pioneer greater agility through our innovative Challenge-Based Approach.

Authorium, you'll play a pivotal role in our Service Delivery team, collaborating closely with Solution Engineers (SEs) and Project Managers (PMs) to ensure efficient and effective customer onboarding. Your primary focus will be developing deep relationships with government clients, meticulously documenting their processes, understanding their current state, identifying product gaps, and clearly articulating the vision of success in the project charter. This role is crucial in translating complex government processes into streamlined, modern solutions that empower governments to access cutting-edge technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Implementation

  • Quickly learn complex government processes and the Authorium platform
  • Research and understand relevant state and federal laws and translate them into business rules
  • Create detailed process maps to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Configure and implement solutions on the Authorium platform for client use
  • Develop, evaluate, and validate solutions that meet business requirements

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with government clients through active listening and genuine curiosity
  • Conduct discovery sessions to document current processes and requirements
  • Explain complex technical concepts in simple terms accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • Create clear documentation and training materials for platform users
  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout implementation
  • Strategic Analysis & Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and design improved future-state processes
  • Translate complex technical information into understandable deliverables
  • Support change management efforts with clear transition plans
  • Apply Agile methodologies to adapt as customer requirements evolve
  • Quality & Collaboration

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Identify and address issues that arise during implementation
  • Ensure quality through testing and validation activities
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our service delivery approach
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Requirements

    Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in solution assessment and validation to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software platforms and tools
  • Experience configuring and implementing software solutions for clients
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative solution delivery
  • Background in process improvement or change management
  • Knowledge of government business processes including procurement, legislative analysis, budget changes, etc.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations impacting government operations
  • Certification in process analysis methodologies (BPMN, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Advanced visualization tools experience (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)
  • Data analysis tools proficiency (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
  • Track record of successful platform implementations and configurations

  • Analytical Thinker : You can work with complex data to extract meaningful insights and validate solutions
  • At Authorium, we’re well aware of the impact the government can have on people’s lives. We won’t rest until every government has access to the modern technologies the private sector takes for granted. The barrier here is legacy procurement processes that can be byzantine in complexity. Authorium makes products to modernize legacy procurement processes and as well as to pioneer greater agility in procurement using something we call a Challenge-Based Approach.

We are looking for a BPC to help understand customer needs and present solutions accordingly as we grow Authorium to the next level.

We are looking for someone who is extremely ambitious, curious, and hungry to make a big impact in the lives of our customers (the government officials responsible for changing residents' lives through innovation in procurement). You are someone who possesses both a high level of customer empathy and technical mindset. You are resourceful and aren't afraid to push yourself outside of your comfort zone in order to solve a problem. In this position, you’ll be an integral part of the Service Delivery team, helping deliver big customer wins and providing a voice for improvement of our offerings. No job is beneath you, and you know that speed of execution and innovation are key to winning.

  • Salary Range : $80,000-$110,000
  • 100% benefits coverage for employee
  • 401K Profit Share plan
  • Flexible PTO
  • Home office stipend
