Overview

Element Materials Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our Cleveland Destructive Testing (DT) and Middleburg Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) locations. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across both service lines.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base for DT and NDT services.

• Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the Cleveland and Middleburg facilities, aligning with Element's overall business objectives.
• Quoting & Proposals : Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotes and proposals that meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Cross-Selling : Promote Element's full suite of services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling to maximize client value.
• Pipeline Management : Track, report, and manage sales activities through Element's CRM to ensure consistent progress toward revenue goals.
• Industry Engagement : Represent Element at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility.
