Vos responsabilités

En tant que membre de l’équipe Groupe Entreprises, vous travaillerez avec nos clients pour créer des solutions financières de bout en bout qui contribueront à élaborer une approche exhaustive de financement de la croissance, de gestion des flux de trésorerie, d’amélioration de l’efficacité et d’atténuation du risque. Le directeur relationnel principal, Groupe Entreprises – Marché intermédiaire est un professionnel chevronné chargé de répondre aux besoins des clients et de favoriser la croissance des affaires dans les segments de Groupe Entreprises, en tirant parti de partenariats avec l’équipe élargie du marché pour offrir une vaste gamme de solutions de Groupe Entreprises. En tant que directeur relationnel, vous gérerez un portefeuille de grandes entreprises clientes et en assurerez la croissance en multipliant proactivement les nouvelles occasions d’affaires dans la collectivité et en veillant à la satisfaction optimale des besoins bancaires courants des clients. En tant que partenaire stratégique de certaines des plus grandes entreprises canadiennes, vous offrirez des solutions d’affaires souples, une expertise spécialisée et des conseils d’affaires opportuns pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

Établissement de relations – Nouer des relations avec de nouveaux clients grâce à des activités d’expansion des affaires qui tirent profit des sources de recommandation, des clients actuels et des centres d’influence. Surveiller et gérer activement ces relations en comprenant parfaitement les buts et les objectifs de nos clients, et la situation de leur entreprise.

Travail d’équipe – Collaborer avec des partenaires à l’interne afin de présenter aux clients les bonnes occasions. Vous engager à vous bâtir une réputation au sein de la communauté d’affaires de la région pour tirer parti de cette notoriété et nouer des relations de travail efficaces avec de clients nouveaux et actuels, et des partenaires internes.

Expérience client – Évaluer de façon proactive les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions pour y répondre. Interagir avec les clients désignés, au besoin, pour répondre rapidement à leurs questions, à leurs demandes de renseignements et à leurs préoccupations afin de leur offrir un service inégalé. Mettre à profit votre connaissance du secteur et de l’entreprise pour élaborer, à l’intention des clients actuels et potentiels, des propositions qui comportent des solutions financières et stratégiques destinées à répondre à leurs besoins.

Vos attributs

Vous accordez la priorité aux clients. Vous communiquez en fonction de notre raison d’être pour trouver les bonnes solutions. Vous dépassez les attentes parce que c’est la bonne chose à faire.

Vous avez une expérience manifeste dans les services bancaires commerciaux ou les services bancaires aux entreprises, des compétences éprouvées en expansion des affaires et une très bonne compréhension des états financiers et des principes comptables, dont les techniques d’évaluation et l’analyse des mouvements de trésorerie. Vous avez une expérience en gestion de la qualité du crédit d’un portefeuille de grandes entreprises clientes qui ont des besoins de crédit, généralement de l’ordre de 250 000 $ à 5 millions de dollars, ou des besoins complexes en matière de gestion de trésorerie.
