Business Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Project Management : Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards. Implement best practices in project management and continuously seek to improve processes and efficiency. Operations Management : Ensure effective collaboration and communication across all departments and teams. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed. Team Leadership : Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and training. Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Financial Management : Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, and implement financial controls. Prepare regular financial reports and present them to senior management. Marketing and Branding : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Manage the division's branding and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fire safety industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in business development and project management. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning and Execution :
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the fire project portfolio.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fire safety projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the fire project division, including resource allocation, budget management, and operational performance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and manage the division's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the fire project business.
