Title- Business Execution Consultant

Position Type : Full-time (Contract W2)

Duration : 18+ Months

Location : Charlotte North Carolina (Hybrid)

As a Business Execution Consultant, you will :

Manage all aspects of the migration of Commercial Banking data and processes to the new document management platform.

Collaborate strategically and consult with Commercial Banking business leaders and team members to understand their specific needs and requirements for the migration.

Work closely with the existing Product Owner team to integrate migration plans with the overall platform roadmap.

Develop and execute detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges related to the migration, requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Facilitate communication and coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties throughout the migration process.

Identify and manage potential roadblocks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Provide regular updates on migration progress to stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of training materials and support documentation for Commercial Banking users on the new platform.

The ideal candidate will have : Experience or familiarity with agile methodologies.

Experience with system implementations and cutovers.

Experience with or strong understanding of document / content management platforms.

Experience working within or with Commercial Banking or similar financial services environments.

Ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : Between $55- $60 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
