Lead Strategist / Designer (Hybrid)Cognizant's Digital EngineeringOur practice is seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategist with strong background in Design, POV Design, System Management, Design System Creation, Figma, UI Design Patterns, Adobe XD, Responsive Web Design, Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals, Visual Branding, Heuristic Review, Creative Design for Websites & Apps and Adobe Photoshop. Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus.Location :

• Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive experience strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Supervise the creation and management of design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital platforms.
• Provide expertise in Experience Design POV to guide the design process and ensure a user-centric approach.
• Use Figma and Adobe XD to create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs.
• Develop and maintain UI design patterns to streamline the process and enhance user experience.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.
• Apply visual design elements and fundamentals to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• Conduct heuristic reviews to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual branding and design consistency.
• Drive creative design initiatives for websites and apps ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Use Adobe Photoshop for advanced image editing and design tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications :
• 8 to 12 years of experience.
• Possess a strong background in Experience Design POV Design System Management and Design System Creation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Figma Adobe XD and UI Design Patterns.
• Have experience with Responsive Web Design and Visual Design Elements & Funda-mentals.
• Show expertise in Visual Branding and Heuristic Review.
• Exhibit skills in Creative Design for Websites & Apps and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to work creatively in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
