Develops and executes strategic internal communications that inform, engage, and connect colleagues across Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH). Serves as a communications partner to internal departments, clinical services, leaders, and organizational stakeholders; translates complex information into clear, timely, relevant, and audience-focused communications. Supports recruitment marketing efforts through strategic messaging, colleague stories, digital content, campaigns, and communications that elevate TMH's reputation as a leading healthcare employer. Plans, writes, edits, and coordinates content across internal channels, including SPARK, email, newsletters, digital signage, presentations, videos, leadership communications, town halls, and organizational events. Supports enterprise priorities, change initiatives, colleague engagement, culture, recognition, and operational communications. Collaborates with Marketing and Communications, Human Resources, Nursing Administration, Executive Leadership, and other departments to maintain message consistency and alignment with TMH's mission, vision, values, strategic priorities, and brand standards. Supports emergency and crisis communications; analyzes communication performance and colleague feedback; recommends improvements. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.

Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
