Request materials early to allow time for review and proactively raise issues and feedback to the Chief of Staff. - Produce and review materials for internal and external leadership meetings. - Manage assigned agendas and track action items to completion. - Manage assigned budgets, reviewing and approving invoices, monthly accruals, and participating in quarterly and annual strategic and financial review cycles. - Develop and review communications in various formats - documents, emails, and slide decks. - Support the execution of company business plan by staying informed of activities, identify proactive risk mitigation, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide timely and appropriate follow-up. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Oversee special projects and coordination in support of the leadership team, including managing internal stakeholders, creating project briefings, coordinating travel, handling expense reimbursements, managing logistics, coordinating meetings, overseeing special projects, and otherwise supporting overall coordination for this business unit. - Lead and manage complex projects in support of the Segment and representing the Segment in selected corporate meetings and calls. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience - 5+ years of relevant professional experience required. - Ability to manage and prioritize tasks concurrently, demonstrating strong multitasking skills. - Experience managing internal stakeholders and collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges. - Experience coordinating and overseeing logistics for high-level meetings, events, and travel arrangements. - Experience in managing complex calendars and scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination - Experience in drafting and editing high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. - Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. - Capable of performing work effectively in a remote setting. Preferred : Experience providing direct administrative support to multiple senior-level executives simultaneously. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.

Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances. Minimum Salary $ 85,000.00 Maximum Salary $ 115,000.00
