As Busser, you'll provide enthusiastic, courteous, and professional service to our guests. Additionally, you'll :
- Provide a comfortable environment for our guests.
- Function as an ambassador for the MotorCity Casino-Hotel.
- Clear tables after guests depart, taking silverware, dishes, and glassware to appropriate areas.
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths and floor.
- Set up tables.
- Assist server with food delivery and other requests during peak periods.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating with servers if necessary.
- Smile and make eye contact with guests and thank them as they depart.
- Maintain impeccable appearance of restaurant outlet.
- Must have a strong desire to develop repeat clientele by consistently providing great guest service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
