Your Role & Impact

As an Indirect Buyer Planner II , you will be a strategic procurement partner -driving cost efficiencies, optimizing supplier partnerships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your mission is to deliver measurable value by leading sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and driving strategic procurement decisions that impact multiple departments.

  • Achieve Cost Savings : Identify & execute sourcing strategies that meet company savings targets.
  • Contract Compliance & Engagement : Ensure 80% engagement across all contracts while adhering to procurement policies.
  • Procurement Process Optimization : Reduce inefficiencies and drive process improvements across all purchasing activities.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong supplier relationships while aligning with internal business needs.

  • Proven Experience : 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or related fields with a strong record of negotiation & cost savings.

  • Collaboration & Influence : Ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority.
