Regional Manager should be able to self motivate, as well as motivate others, as they will deal with different environments such as : retail, provider and customer issues.

Successful Regional Manager candidates will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications including excellent communication and leadership skills.

Other helpful skills include :

• Addressing any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local laws
• Setting corporate sales targets and exceeding sales objectives
• Creating profits and loss reports for Senior Managers
• Supporting Store Managers and acting as a resource
• Immediately addressing any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local / national laws
• Monitoring and motivating the performance of teams to reach company KPI's and targets
• Exceeding competitors
• Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Excellent customer service skills for the ones we work with daily : partners, contractors and our customers

Coverage area will be the North and North West Florida area in general can include Southern Alabama, and Southern Georgia.
