Job title : Cabinet Inside Sales
Pay : Starting at $21 to $25 an hour, Depending on experience + Commission
Schedule : Tuesday-Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm
Location : Fife, Washington
The Cabinet Inside Salesperson's main duty is to take care of both in person and over the phone customers of PARR Cabinet. The Cabinet Inside Salesperson works closely with customers to create cabinet designs and assist the customer in finding the product that they need. This role is important to the PARR Cabinet Design Centers because the Inside Salesperson is crucial to providing Legendary Service to customers .
The Inside Salesperson directly reports to the Cabinet Branch Manager. The inside salesperson interacts regularly with our clients, Yard Managers, Install team, Cabinet Sales Coordinators, Outside Cabinet sales members, the Central Purchasing Department, vendor representatives, and industry associates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with cabinets and appliances
- Knowledge of retail and contractor sales principles practices and protocols
- Experience in balancing a company's best interests against customer needs, and working with aggressive sales goals
- Must be able to type 40+ WPM
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in 2020 Design Software
- Must be able to operate personal computer, telephone, scanner and any other equipment necessary for the job
- Must have and maintain a good driving record
- College degree preferred
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or in the building materials industry preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
This position works out of PARR's Cabinet Design Center. This is an office / warehouse setting, with occasional visits to a job site, vendor locations, and manufacturing tours.
