The individual must be trained and proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidate must have experience in construction environments and be self-motivated.

The most important qualities we seek are proficiency with AutoCAD / REVIT and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment with minimal daily supervision. The successful applicant will be willing to drive to client sites in the greater New England / Northeast region, pass a background check (as may be required by our clients), and have strong math, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Self-motivation is key. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate excellent communication skills.

This mid-level position involves designing and detailing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection building systems on AutoCAD and / or REVIT, assisting with onsite building systems surveys including rooftops, mechanical rooms, mezzanines, and active construction zones; supporting engineering staff as necessary; and performing general office duties as needed.
