Plumbing Designer – Commercial Projects | AutoCAD & Revit Expertise
Are you a seasoned Plumbing Designer ready to take your career to the next level? Join a team that’s been setting the standard in plumbing excellence for over a century. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, forward-thinking designer to help shape the future of commercial plumbing systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
What You’ll Do
Create and layout engineering drawings for Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
Perform complete calculations for water supply, storm drainage, and equipment sizing
Design sanitary waste and vent systems, storm water, domestic water, and natural gas distribution
Select and specify plumbing fixtures, specialties, and equipment
Design and coordinate fire protection systems and equipment
Collaborate with project teams and contribute to BIM coordination (if applicable)
What You Bring
Required :
Associate’s degree or technical drafting certification
7+ years of experience designing plumbing systems for commercial projects
Strong knowledge of building codes and engineering design practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Preferred :
BIM Coordination experience (Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC)
Experience working with large commercial projects
