Shift : 6am-2 : 30pm or 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will perform basic set-ups and operate machines across multiple assigned areas, ensuring safety and precision. You will operate complex equipment, fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. This role requires you to work from schedules, shop orders, and blueprints, identifying any deviations that might affect productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor complex equipment and machines safely.
• Fit, align, and adjust machines or assemblies to meet specified tolerances.
• Work from schedules, shop orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Identify and report deviations that may interrupt productivity.
• Load and unload cleaning equipment, perform inspections, and conduct LPC testing.
• Operate air and electric drivers, ultrasonic wash systems, and other machinery.
• Properly use required PPE, including coveralls, boots, hairnets / head covers, face shields, and gloves.
• Maintain logs and necessary documentation.
• Work under direct supervision in a cleanroom environment.
