Cad technician Jobs in Richmond, VA

A Revit / CAD technician creates electronic design plans for buildings, performs square footage take-offs for project estimates, and does block planning and test fits. They work with designers, project managers, and real estate managers to solve space issues and document the banks owned and leased spaces.

• Create Test fits and take offs
• Responsibility and Accountability for CAD file inventory and best practices
• Sets proper priorities
• Communication Ownership
• Performs Tracking and Reporting
• Enforces Effective Change Control
• Maintain detailed records
• Create and maintain Furniture Block Library
• Create and maintain Standard page layouts
