Job descriptionDesign and implement effective training programs for new hires and existing employees. Create engaging training materials, including manuals, SOPs, and hands-on learning tools. Ensure training aligns with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct assessments and refresher training to maintain consistency in skills and service. Monitor compliance and address gaps in knowledge or execution. Work closely with managers to identify training needs and implement improvement strategies. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to employees at all levels. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning. Track training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance data. Implement changes and updates to training programs based on results and company needs. Drive innovation in learning methods and training delivery. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people Proactive problem-solver with a high sense of accountability Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs efficiently In-depth knowledge of operational standards and compliance best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in training, management, or related roles (coffee / hospitality experience preferred!) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Training Effectiveness & Knowledge Retention Measure : Employee performance improvement post-training (via assessments, manager feedback, and practical evaluations). THE ROLE
